Yes, tobacco naturally contains nicotine, so Longway Natural’s 100% natural products also include this substance. However, we do not add any chemicals or substances to increase nicotine levels.

We are currently expanding our Store Locator, which now includes some cities in CO, DC, FL, MD, PA, and VA. If you have difficulty finding our products locally, you can reach out to us for support or place an order directly through our online store
Order & Payment
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact the Longway Natural support team within 60 minutes of placing it. After this timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your request. You can also email us at online@longwaynatural.com with your order number and the desired changes.
No, for security reasons, we only ship orders to the billing address provided during checkout to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Shipping & Delivery
Once you place an order, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, and shipping times range from 3-8 business days for ground shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Yes, express shipping can be selected during checkout for an additional fee ranging from $29 to $45, depending on your location. Orders placed by 9AM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.
We ship to 48 U.S. states, excluding Arizona and Illinois due to legal restrictions, as well as Puerto Rico. International shipping is also available but depends on the regulations of the destination country. Please ensure that the shipping address matches the billing address to complete your order.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which can take up to 30 days. If your package hasn’t arrived, contact your local post office for assistance, as they may have additional details about your shipment’s status.
Return & Exchange
Longway Natural guarantees the freshness and quality of its products. If you receive a damaged product, contact our team within 30 days. Be sure to retain the product, take photos of the damage, and include the original packaging when requesting an exchange.
